In 2016 Las Vegas received over 43 million visitors from all over the world and the Mardi Gras hosted approximately 170k of them. We work closely with our pest elimination contractor to follow up on every situation that is brought to our attention. We are committed to following the rigorous guidelines set forth by the Southern Nevada Health District for treating any report or presence of pests that we discover. Furthermore, each of the members of our housekeeping team has been trained to recognize the tell-tale signs of the presence of bed bugs. The Mardi Gras is proud to have a very conscientious housekeeping team. We are very responsive to any housekeeping or maintenance needs that are brought to our attention. We work very hard to ensure that each of our valued guests is presented with a safe, clean and well maintained environment. We are both surprised and sorry for the experience that you describe.
